Tips and tricks for amenity access using 4thID

If you're having issues opening doors using the 4thID application, here are a few helpful steps to take:
Make sure bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Make sure location services are turned on for the 4thID application and set to always for the 4thID app.
Always have the 4thID app open or running in the background when trying to open doors. If the app is closed the door will not open.
Present the phone to the reader for at least 3 seconds to ensure a successful transfer of access data.
Make sure the door isn't hard to open, doors that stick may seem to be locked or may lock again before you are able to open them successfully.
